“Horrible experience. Upon checking in I was bullied into purchasing a taxi ride back to my hotel and lied to about uber not being allowed to pick up passengers after the cruise ended. It was $44 for less than a 2 mile drive. The cab driver did not even show up (allocab) and they still pushed the charge through. I’m having to dispute it. The cruise experience was also terrible. The food was bad and the servers were rude! I wish I had my money back.”

But we have just paid out £321, so surely a drink each would be included, we were at their mercy for drinks, even the water wasn’t free. “The dinner cruise was quite enjoyable after initial problems were resolved. Boat personnel did not have us on their guest list even though we showed our voucher. Many other guests who booked through various sites had the same issue and were told they would be turned away if there were not enough tables. This disorganization created a lot of tension and must be addressed as everyone was holding a voucher with a confirmed reservation. Once allowed on the boat and seated at a table things improved.
